Bo Bosk

Bo Jorgo Burton Bosk (b. 1992, Amsterdam) is a Netherlands-based artist and a current resident at the Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten. Previously known for a distinct figurative style, his time at the Rijksakademie has been marked by experimentation, exploring new techniques and stepping away from his earlier work. Despite this shift, one constant remains: his girlfriend, who serves as his muse. His recent paintings revolve around her, not just as a subject but as a reflection of their relationship, his personal growth, and the intensity of their shared experience. Bosk, a self-taught artist with roots in graffiti, has always been drawn to fine art, with oil painting as his primary medium. His work has been exhibited in Amsterdam, London, Los Angeles, and Paris, and was recently featured at an art fair in Ibiza. While based in the Netherlands, he aims to expand his presence on a global scale.
